Why Parking Schiphol

You're trusting us with your car — that calls for openness

You want to know who takes over your car, where it's kept, what's recorded and what we do if your trip doesn't go to plan. This page sets that out plainly.

Our principles

What you can judge us on

Secured site

The site is gated and monitored around the clock with CCTV.

Dedicated Parking Schiphol drivers

With valet parking, your car is handled by a driver from Parking Schiphol — never an unknown third party.

Digital trip registration with valet

The route, speed and duration of every valet journey are digitally recorded — both ways.

Our location

Shuttle or valet parking

Your car is parked at a secured site near Schiphol, about 8 minutes from Schiphol. With both shuttle and valet parking your car is parked outdoors. The reservation system shows what's available for your travel dates.

With shuttle parking, you keep your car key with you; no one else drives your car. With valet parking, your key is securely managed by Parking Schiphol in a fireproof safe under CCTV.

To find out exactly what's recorded during a valet trip, see our page on digital trip registration.

Honest about reviews

No average score, and that's deliberate

We don't yet collect reviews via a public review platform. That's why this website doesn't show an average score or a number of reviews. A score you can't verify anywhere tells you nothing — and you're about to trust us with your car.

As soon as we collect reviews on a platform where you can read them yourself, the score and the link will appear on our reviews page.
